A new addition to the Birkirkara Karate YODANSHA (black belts)

Kayla Formosa and Claude Mercieqa successfully passed their SHODAN (1st Dan) grading on the 9th January 2023 alongside a good number of students from different clubs under the Malta Karate Federation. The grading was held under the skillful eyes of the MKF examiners board, Sensei Anthony Zammit, James Galea, Jason Edwards and the Technical director Jesmond Schembri.
Both Kayla and Claude showed prowess in their performance and now form part of the Birkirkara Karate Club black belts. Well done all and we are proud of you.
